The Library of Fragrance

A short but sweet smelling post today as I found this little gem when shopping in London earlier this week.

I stumbled upon 'The Library of Fragrance' range as I was stepping off the escalator in Boots and knew straight away that this gingerbread scent would be the one I would fall for out of the wide variety they had on offer. They have scents from 'baby powder' to 'snow' and to be honest, some of them (such as four leaf clover) were not very appealing. However this one is absolutely lovely.

 As we're now in Autumn, I have begun burning my autumnal candles and my favourite at the moment is a gingerbread scent and this fragrance smells exactly like it. The bottle reads 'Pick-Me-Up' and I couldn't agree with this description more. I love Autumn and everything about the festive season which will soon be upon us and gingerbread is one of those scents which just makes me feel warm and happy inside. That's why as soon as I sprayed the tester on myself in store, I instantly felt content and well... my mood picked up a notch! I will definitely be carrying this scent around in my handbag for those moments when I need a little pick me up. If you find these in a boots near you, just go and smell this and I promise that you will suddenly feel very excited for the festive season. They are £15 each but boots are doing a 2 for £25 offer at the moment so stock up on your favourite scents out of the bunch - perhaps you'll choose waffle flavour!?
